(Apologies. My computer had a seizure so I had to take a screenshot of the ask since it wouldn't save my data) Now, Like I was saying. If you never get these treated you could struggle with them for a long time or even the rest of your life. And I promise you dealing with these mental ilnesses is not the best...So!! I reccomond instead of ignoring these feeling pls try and find a way to express them. Again, like writing for example!! Journaling has been proven to help a lot of people!! Also music and drawing! Drawing definetly helps me calm down from many stressful things in my life. Say have you heard of neurographical art? If not do some reasearch on it and try it! It help the brain get all the feelings down on paper and make for beautiful art pieces! Just...Please. Try taking care of yourself every once in a while. I can tell that you are a kind soul and always want to care for others and help them with their problems but sometimes...you need help too. And that's ok! Everyone needs somebody sometimes. And that is completely normal. So please do not EVER be ashamed of feeling something. Don't be ashamed of being happy or falling in love. Because we are human and sometimes it just happens. Nothing we cant control. So we just need to embrace it. Anyway...this was all just suppose to be me telling you not to ignore you feelings. Not a whole speech. But maybe sometimes we need speeches. *Shrugs* but then again who will ever know? -Therapist ADHD
